(a) Fix verbosity in the garbage collector when not debugging
(b) Add descriptive comment in resource_map.c, like I promised to do ages ago.
(c) Unbreak text width reporting in kTextSize.
(c) fixes SCI1 status bars which are often centered using a loop with
a call to TextSize.
