Thanks. This wasn't set up to compile under Visual Studio so I've done that now. When executing however I get a crash as follows because *mgr isn't initialised:

Is there something that jumps out that I should look into as to why state->misc_payload is zero when it's passed through? Just a note that I'm using stable.
