There is a real FAQ list now for FreeSurfer software. It is available at: http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/fom
It uses software that allows users to add their own answers. Please do so if you feel inpsired (we will reorganize or edit as appropriate). It is pretty sparse right now but I will begin to add questions that are asked here on the list as they come in. -- Kevin Teich
