Do you have write access in the directories for which this error is displayed? In this case, /opt/freesurfer/./mni_tools/data/mni_autoreg/? If you don't know how to answer this question, ask your system administrator to check for you. You should have recursive write access for the entire freesurfer/ directory. > Have the updating been done succesfully or not??
