I just did some messing around with flite in FreeSwitch: See jira MODASRTTS-7 ( which I can't view even though I created it ) and the zip file is here: http://www.toplevelit.com/Royce3/FreeSwitch/flite-1.3-msvc2k8.zip
flite and mod_flite build and link. I don't know how to test it, though.
