Pretty much everything in ipv6 will be over the MTU... on ipv4 we disabled this because when you talk to things that don't speak TCP you have a packet over the MTU you try TCP it times out in 30 seconds then you send it anyway via UDP. So why have a 30 seconds timeout when you don't need too.
