According to the data sheet, the REN "Ringer Equivalence Number" of that device is 3. Powered phones use less than 1 REN, and all phones are supposed to have their REN number written on them somewhere. So it depends on your phones.

I have just purchased one of these devices on eBay. Will it be able to ring all four of the dumb unpowered analog telephones in my house?
