I have a dummy question. Say, you have an outbound call to the demo IVR as below:
originate sofia/gateway/myvoip/19876543210 5000 How do I delay the IVR response until the recipient at 19876543210 picks up the call? I tried "ignore_early_media=true", which had no effect.
