They have a trial version of the full client available from their website, I think it's only for 10 days though. I suspect if you approached them, they'd probably give you a full client for permanent use for interoperability testing.

Just got the word back from them, the 2.0.6 client is available for Windows Mobile but not officially released since it has some issues with video encryption. I assume you meant dial the phone number equivalent to that.
