What method are you trying to use? If you're using the event socket, it's in several of the parameters. For instance, with an add-member event, you could look at Caller-Username, Caller-Caller-ID-Name, or Caller-Caller-ID-Number depending on your specific needs. There's also a uuid available if that's better.
