I believe this means you are hung up in CDR reporting. You can get a core of the running system and look at the stack traces to see where exactly it is hung up.
Try using: support-d/fscore_pb gcore yourname This will put a copy of the stacktrace on the pastebin for poeple (or you) to look at.
