Ah I see what happens, switch_ivr_uuid_bridge will reset the session's
read codec (which will be re-initialized as soon as the actual bridge
takes place) and uuid_record will think it hasnt been initialized yet.
You can set the following vars to execute an application right before
bridge starts exchanging audio
bridge_pre_execute_aleg_app
bridge_pre_execute_aleg_arg
