All,

I have communicated with David and am working on sound card protocols (both HF
and VHF/UHF) that would be compatible with and optimized for David’s CODEC 2.
I have a lot of experience with these types of protocols (authored both the
WINMOR and V4 HF sound card protocols) and done some initial testing (using a
simulator) of optimized protocols that would fit the required throughput for
CODEC2.

Most of my work has been in VB.NET and C++.NET. What would be a big help is if
there were (or could be compiled) a version of CODEC2 that I could run as a
separate Application or simple dll along with minimal documentation or an
example of how to interface with the program/dll. I have downloaded the C
source for CODEC2 and can probably struggle through porting it into to C.NET
but an existing DLL would save me a lot of time and be more productive.

This test project is not yet for any distribution just my own testing on the
channel simulator. I’ll be happy to document and post results including the
ending .wav files as a function of CCIR channel and S/N used in the simulator
across various modulation schemes and FEC levels of the transport protocol.

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
