One small update.I've added a small tool called "gpio_init". It replaces all the steps needed to create the GPIO software interface structure (in "/sys/class/gpio/...").
The advantage is that this application is installed as "setuid", which means there is now no not necessairy anymore to run the whole chain of CLI commands to create the GPIO interface with "sudo su -" root-access. (was a "bad idea" (c) I wanted to get rid of).
