For those that may be interested, i have been able to build FreeDV for RHEL
and it's clones.
I was able to use all the upstream libraries except for sox which failed,
I'm guessing because it was too old, so I used a static build of it. Of
course I had to build codec2, wxWidgets (2.9.4), and libctb since they are
not available in the repository.
