I tried to make sure that when BOOTSTRAP_WXWIDGETS is TRUE that
USE_STATIC_WXWIDGETS is also set true, but it doesn't appear to be working.
Try rerunning the last part again with USE_STATICWXWIDGETS=TRUE and see if
that helps.
