One thing I've noticed when trying to use FreeDV is both a delay in the
audio (probably caused by PulseAudio and anything else in the audio
processing loop) but more seriously, I get an echo with my audio when I'm
monitoring...
Looking at how I have PulseAudio setup I don't think it's causing it but I
can't be sure.
