I think I've got a build that should work... One thing I've noticed is that
my executable is much larger than the zip version. This is due to doing a
debug build instead of release build, and of course that's due to the error
that happens when FreeDV get's closed. I haven't tried it recently but I
doubt that problem has been fixed but I'll double check.
Also, NSIS is still appending "win32" to the installer so I need to see
where that's overridden.
