It seems we have enough testing of FreeDV 0.96.6, and Mel has asked me
to move it into place on the web site. I believe the changes are to
remove LibCTB and to do T/R control with custom code.
I have moved the Windows 32 binary into place. I don't have a Windows 64
binary.
I don't know the state of the Mac version and the various Linux
distributions.
