Hi Folks,
We have a mixed bag of availability and scheduling, some people are only
coming
for part of a day, some are there for 3 days, some are going to
Hamvention for
the first time and don't really have an estimate of what they'll be doing.
So, I am making some scheduling requests below, please get back to me if
they
won't work or if you'd like to do something else.
From Wednesday 9PM or so through Monday evening I will be at Dayton and
my mobile number is 510-717-4520. I'll also have email.
Exhibitor tickets:
Please get a normal ticket if you don't have one. It turns out that the TAPR
guys can get exhibitor tickets, but I can't get any because we no longer
have
our own booth and are in the TAPR booth. I will try to get one from the
exhibitor
manager once I get to Hara.
Scheduling requests:
I am leaving Gerry and Mel open to operate the station on their schedule.
They both spend more than enough time in the booth. When they aren't around,
the rest of us can operate the station.
You are always welcome in the booth. Just please talk with people or run the
station when you are there.
Thursday:
Bruce will come in and hook up the internet and put up the banner.
Chris speaks at "Four Days in May".
