Richard - I'm happy to work with you to clean up the fdmdv2 repo, get

Sounds good to me, however, the last time this was discussed (the
makefiles) Matthew signed up to keep the autotools build going.
It will need testing but I'm about to commit an update to the cmake config
to check for portaudio version 19 and warn (for now, not fail) if it's not
the correct version.
