I wanted to put this in a separate thread to make sure it was noticed!
The fdmdv2 update that broke building with codec2 (rather than codec2-dev)
has been fixed.
Because this was an ABI incompatible change the codec2 version was bumped
to 0.3.
Additionally I did a copy of fdmdv2 to fdmdv2-dev so the devs could have a
place to make changes while preserving a "stable" version of fdmdv2.
Just to reiterate:
fdmdv2 should be paired with codec2 (and should always be expected to build)
fedmdv2-dev should be paired with codec2-dev (and might get broken!)
