Digital Voice Server works with David's API and should interoperate with
FreeDV.
I will go on to split it into codec, framer, modem as I previously
planned so that it's really easy to try modifications of the present
FreeDV. I would not suggest anyone else use it yet, but the code is at
algoram.com <http://algoram.com/> if anyone wants to look at it.
