It's a Cortex M3 but not the STM32. It's on the die with the gate-array. 
And unfortunately not the floating-point one. That is why David's code 
will live in your smartphone for now.

All of this is stuff users can hack on - we will give out all of the 
code that runs in the CPU and gate-array, and the development system.
