Had a couple of conversations this afternoon, with:

I had sent one of the three SM1000 to him at Mel's request, to
operate on his way to Dayton from Florida.
He had questions about hooking his Icom 706 up to the RJ45 connector
and jumper wiring.
I sent him my diagram for the Yaesu and he got his 706 up and on the
air.
His only comment was on the switch to change analog->FreeDV->test.
He indicated that the switch didn't seem firmly attached.
He received his purchased SM1000 and will trade me at Dayton.
