Yes I'm still bring the C code up to the latest Octave version.  Haven't 
decided on the extact bit rate (and number of carriers yet).  This is a 
diversity waveform, top 4 carriers have the same information as the 
bottom four. Demod puts them back together.  Gives 4dB gain for fading 
channels.
