I'm pretty sure I played with codec2-dev first, built it
successfully, and only subsequently made a copy of
the fdmdv2-dev repo to play with.
Despite doing svn updates on the local copies of both the
codec2-dev and fdmdv2-dev repos regularly, the older files
ended up in fdmdv2-dev/src and somehow persisted, and
this explains my inability to build despite trying all possible
permutations of local/static/bootstrapped dependent libraries
when trying to build fdmdv2-dev, since the older files predated
Dave's addition of the necessary changes for the 700 mode.
It might be something odd that I did initially, but version checking,
if possible for the duplicated codec2 header files, might avoid this
sort of gotcha.
