Hi Nouman,
We would like to be able to export the SM1000 without government
restrictions, for civil use by Amateur Radio operators, and the existence
of an NRTC-developed firmware for the device to support the Pakistan
military could cause us all manner of legal issues with our own
governments. Obviously we can't stop you from using Codec2 in your own
hardware device.
