Hi James,

As Steve suggested, these files are generated as part of the "make" 
process - but only (at this stage) by the cmake/x86version of the 
makefile system.

I guess as part of the stm32 build system we also need to make sure 
these these files are created.

For now - you can just "borrow" them from codec2-dev/build/src.
