The server company which currently hosts freedv.org is going out of
business effective October 1. I believe another company bought them for
their dark fiber network and decided not to continue the cut-rate servers
they sold.
I obviously have to get another server, as I have a number of different
businesses and organizations running. As part of the move I will transition
FreeDV.org to Wordpress. I don't think it's really more than a few hours
work. I don't believe we'll need files.freedv.org any longer, as Wordpress
can host the files on its own.
