Jim N2ADR, the author of Quisk, had kindly submitted a patch that fixes
a bug in the band pass filter used for 700D tx. The previous filter had
poor image suppression (for complex valued output) and some other issues
which I think Danillo may have hit.
I've run some bit error rates tests on Jim's patch and the performance
looks good compared to the previous code.
Jim's patch is checked into SVN, and I'm transmitting with it as I write.
