Yuri, sorry for the late response but I just got back from vacation. FreeDV
1.3.1 requires codec2 0.8.1 which is available from my
hobbbes1069.fedorapeople.org location.
As David pointed out though, it may be easier to just let cmake download a
copy from SVN.
