David??
We are looking forward to a milestone breakthrough of LPCNet, for example,
further reduce the artifacts by including the excitation as an input......
Thanks a lot.

Hi Richard,
I think there have just been minor bug fixes to LPCNet. Is there
any way we can diff against the ver 0.2 release? Then I can tell
you for sure.
Once FreeDV 1.5 has settled in, we can consider a new release of that and
Codec 2 if you like.
Cheers,
David

So I kinda messed up with my package in Fedora. I
tried to make the library private to codec2/freedv by putting it in a
subdirectory of the default library dir.
Codec2 finds and builds against it fine, but then can't find
it once installed because it's not in the library search path. I've
considered multiple work arounds but in the end I decided it's just
easier to maintain a library soversion.
I've noticed quite a few commits since the 0.2 release.
Should I assume that there's been API/ABI incompatible changes
made? And if so, is it time for a 0.3 release?
Thanks,
Richard
