Hi Ugo, Just like many 6m, 2m and 70cm FM repeaters, it "idents" after a QSO or if that does not happen, 15mins later.
Not synced to any clock. A counter counts down to zero, a Tx happens and the counter starts again. Unlike FT8 and other WSJT digital modes, Codec2 is not tied to a clock.
