You need to change the paths setting in the index.php file.
You need to hardcode it according to where it is,
Something in the area of:
c:/apache/htdocs/htdocs/
and
c:/apache/htdocs/modules
If you use apache and put the folders in your username/home folder, or under it, it
will work with no changes.
