I talked to the dotGNU and Dave Wiener (the guy who started XML-RPC). dotGNU
has their own idea. Dave never reply to my email. I haven't try the XML-RPC
group yet. Will give them a try.
My idea is to create a network of security service provider so I can build up
the PKI ecosystem. The idea is to leverage the "Web of Trust" or Security
Service Provider (SSP) to provide the level of trust consumers need to
conduct big transaction.
