[FreeTrade] NT installation [another problem]

I need some help with freetrade + php4.0b3 + IIS4 on NT.
I have one only one problem:
On phpinfo() I see all global variables like $SERVER_NAME etc.
But index.php3 on freetrede not understend $SERVER_NAME and other
variables...
In php.ini I did'n find any global variables handlers.
Can anybody help me?
