FreeTrade has a function called ShippingByTotal, right?
It computes shipping based on the dollar amount of a
total order. It's being used in SET_SHIPPING and
SET_SHIPPING_ALL by default.
If you wanted to do shipping based on something else,
like ZIP code, you could write a new function and
replace the lines in those two files.
