o If you're site is live, un-tar-gz it and replace
/usr/local/apache/htdocs with Freetrade's htdocs. Then move Freetrade's
modules directory into /usr/local/apache.
o If you're site is a dev site and you also have multiple other web
sites (and you don't care if people can mess with your PHP source),
simply un-tar-gz freetrade inside your /usr/local/apache/htdocs
directory.

Not yet, but some people are working on it (I think). Keep trying, it's
not TOO hard. You may continue to post if you get stuck.

Stock keeping unit. Departments contain items (department like "mens'
clothing", items like "blue shirt"), items contains SKUs (skus like
"size 8", as an aside, you may also use attributes to represent the size
instead of using multiple SKUs).
