Sounds good to me.  My only requirement is that the forms still work
without JavaScript, since people can turn off JavaScript or can go to the
site with a non-JavaScript browser.  What would be nice is a single
function written in PHP that generates a JavaScript function for checking
fields on a form, similar to the one in that checks variables in the
global scope.
