I've just made a bunch of bug fixes based on some feedback from
Ted Henigson, so I'm going to release a 1.01 version today. None
of the bugs were fatal, but I think create_index was broken. Since
I didn't hear any objects, I'm also going to replace the box
functions Isaac Reuben posted to the list recently.
