Hi

Best thing is to move modules dir to same level as htdocs and cgi-bin.I think there 
are some settings that makes it easyer if you stick to /.../yourhome/modules. as well 
as ../yourhome/htdocs

Anyway, first time is installed it, I had evrything in serverroot, and that still 
works. (Or it did for me)

Most settings is found in /modules/include/global_settings and standard_library or 
something like that. May I suggest you read those. They sure helps in getting the 
picture.
