The idea is that your username and password should be sent under SSL, but
after it's accepted, it's OK to switch back to an unencrypted mode. Usually
when you get a message about mixing of secure and non-secure items, it's
because the page contains absolute links to graphics. If you decide that
you don't care about making logins secure, go into the login screen and
turn the TRUE to a FALSE in the StartForm function.
