I've been trying to make this easy in FreeTrade 2.0 by moving all the
database-related code into separate modules. For example, all the code for
manipulating data from the attribute or variation tables is contained in a
single module. FreeTrade has a long way to go, but if you have the time,
you can certainly help me. I'd love to get FreeTrade ready to release with
support for both MySQL and Postgresql.
