[FreeTrade] Shipping Charges

Hello everyone:   In my testing of the app, I am noticing the a default shipping value of $4.95 remains in the order calcuations even after removing "Shipping" from the "Administrate Fees" menu.  The "Shipping" text is no longer being displayed, but the $4.95 is still being worked into the invoice.  Have I done something wrong, or is this possibly a bug we need to squash?    Regards,   Pat Dupuis
