Some little fixes...

do a grep in the code, for the following...

        print(mysql_errno() . ": " . mysql_error()) . "\n";

change that to

        print(mysql_errno() . ": " . mysql_error() . "\n");


I noticed that all over the place in action  SUBMIT_ORDER   and their could be
more?
