[FreeTrade] Defaulting SKU name to item name when adding new SKU

Greetings all:   Does anyone know how one would default the SKU name to item name in the input form when adding a new SKU.  Can one add the "Name" field to the query in the ADD_SKU action module and insert the value into the Name input field when adding a new SKU (and not when editing, as the name should already be set)?  Any help or guidance regarding this would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance!   Regards,   Pat Dupuis
