Thanks for the info....I was too lazy to get it typed in, but I do plan 
to eventually.  As for the format I just wrote tables as I got to 
them...when I do get it into access or some other program I will 
rearrange the tables more cleanly.  This was more of a brainstorm 
exercise, so it was faster/easier to write than type. :)

After I get more feedback I will put it in a more conventional display 
and add it to the FAQ.
