[FreeTrade] Coupons do not work.

PLEASE HELP;
I cannot get the coupons to work.
I have created my coupon,
I have created a relationship between a coupon and an item,
Now what?
There is no way for a user to activate the coupon, and when I try a purchase
meeting the minimum cost criteria the coupon never comes into play.
