There is currently no way to cancel an invoice. We did this for a bunch
of reasons that made sense at the time. If you'd like to add such a
feature, create a new action module (in the action module, you may
restore the inventory as desired) and then link the action module into
the GUI on the admin_invoice screen (i.e. make a link on the
admin_invoice screen that executes your action).
